Two sets of moulds are supplied together with the machine. Made of high-strength wear-resistant material, they ensure stable mesh forming, uniform diamond mesh shape, and support quick switching of different mesh sizes. Long service life and low replacement cost.
A single-wire chain link fence machine operates by feeding one wire from pay-off rack into a specialized forming mold system. The wire is spiraled into interlocking zig-zag shapes and automatically threaded together into the main mesh sheet. Once the set length is reached, pneumatic cutters trim the wire, automated mechanisms perform edge processing (knuckling or twisting), and the finished mesh is rolled tightly onto a collection system.
